be.YOU.tiful Massage Therapy is Jennifer Roughton, a licensed massage therapist on West Alexis Road in Toledo. Swedish and therapeutic work, tailored to whatever you walked in carrying. Now accepting new clients.
Every session is built around your body and your goals that day. Nothing on this list is a script, it is a starting point.
$65. Long, flowing strokes and steady pressure to bring your nervous system down and let the tension go. The classic full body reset.
$95. The same relaxing work with real time to be thorough, so nothing gets rushed and nothing gets skipped.
$35. Focused work on one problem area. Neck, shoulders, low back, whatever is actually bothering you today.
$65. Deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release aimed at the cause of the pain, not just the spot that hurts.
$95. Room to work through chronic pain, old injuries and long standing patterns instead of chasing them around the clock.
Available for any session length. A genuinely good gift for the person in your life who never takes an hour for themselves.
A small, private practice on West Alexis Road. You are the only client on the schedule for your hour.
Call, text or send the form. Tell me roughly what is going on and how much time you want.
A short intake so I understand your history, your pain and what you want out of the hour.
Swedish, therapeutic, or a blend. You stay in control of pressure the whole time, just say the word.
Simple aftercare and an honest opinion on whether you would benefit from coming back, or not.
I founded be.YOU.tiful Massage Therapy in 2019 out of a real belief in holistic wellness and a desire to help people feel at home in their own bodies again. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, carrying a lot of stress, or you just need one hour where nobody needs anything from you, my job is to give you a safe and nurturing place to unwind and heal. I am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and I am always adding to my training.
Sessions are by appointment. Hours can change, please call 419-213-9962 to confirm before you drive over.
Easy to find on West Alexis Road with parking right out front. Appointments only, so please call or send the form first.
